All new hires will enter into our training program which will groom Trainees into specialist Consultants. This program covers Business Development, Client and Candidate Management, B2B Sales, Recruitment Processes and the technologies we recruit for. You will have the opportunity to start making money immediately. After successful completion of our training program, you will manage your own network of candidates and clients and have the realistic opportunity to earn big money in your first year.

Compensation: base salary based on experience + Uncapped Commission + Vacation
