Description :

Top restaurant on Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands requires experienced Kitchen Manager.

Working closely with the partners, the successful candidate will
-be able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
-have excellent food knowledge
-be able to motivate and lead a small, tight knit team
-lead by example
-be well versed in stock, cost and quality control
-have excellent plate presentation skills
An ability to speak Spanish would be an asset but is not a requirement. This is a full time, permanent position and, as such, a contract is on offer with all of the social benefits provided by Spanish employment law. Salary negotiable.
